ANA InterContinental Tokyo
ANA InterContinental Tokyo has stood as a landmark of luxury in the Japanese capital for over 35 years, welcoming guests since its opening in 1986. Located in Akasaka—just a five-minute walk from Tameike-Sanno Station—the hotel offers effortless access to Tokyo Tower, the Imperial Palace, Ginza’s boutiques, and Roppongi’s nightlife.
In 2024, the property completed a large-scale renovation of nearly 90% of its rooms, unveiling 60 new origami-inspired Club InterContinental Mizu Suites and refurbishing its signature dining venues: Cascade Cafe, the bright all-day buffet; the sophisticated Atrium Lounge; and the Geneva Lobby Bar.
Together with thirteen restaurants and bars—ranging from Unkai Japanese Restaurant to The Steakhouse and Brewer’s Coffee & Bar—these refreshed spaces showcase the hotel’s commitment to modern elegance and refined Japanese hospitality.
Cascade Cafe: An All-Day Dining Stage
Located on the 2nd-floor lobby of ANA InterContinental Tokyo, Cascade Cafe debuts a bright, reimagined space where over ten nationalities of chefs collaborate to bring a true multicultural dining experience.
Open daily from 6:30 to 22:00, the restaurant features an elegant buffet spread—70+ dishes ranging from traditional Japanese small plates to international specialties—set against the buzz of interactive cooking stations. The live roast-beef carving, paired with Hokkaido yama-wasabi, remains a signature draw, while seasonally themed buffets (like the current Hokkaido Farm & Meat event) keep the menu fresh.
Beyond simply tasting authentic flavors, guests can watch and learn diverse cooking techniques as chefs showcase cultural traditions at their counters.
Flexible seating options—from banquette sofas to communal tables—make it ideal for everything from a power breakfast to a leisurely dinner, ensuring Cascade Cafe is as much a culinary journey as it is a feast.
